Privacy Policy

YOUR PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. We have never and will never sell your information. This policy has been created to better protect your privacy. It explains our online information practices, the legal basis for collecting your data, and the choices you can make regarding how your information is collected and used.

By using the Services offered by Leftover Merg, you acknowledge that you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will inform you of any material changes, either by notifying you on the site or by sending you an email. If you continue using Leftover Merg after a change, it means you accept the updated policy.

WHAT WE COLLECT AND RECEIVE

To create an account on Leftover Merg and use our Services, we need to collect and process certain information. Depending on your use of the Services, that may include:

  • Information you provide by completing forms on Leftover Merg, including your name, email, country of residence, login, and password details. We may ask for this information if you register as a user of the Services, subscribe to our newsletter, upload or submit content, or contact us.
  • Information you provide for identity verification purposes when launching a campaign, including your legal name, business name, Tax ID for business entities, and date of birth.
  • In some cases, our payment processor may request a secure upload of an identity document (such as your passport, driver's license, or other government-issued ID). This is to comply with Know-Your-Client (KYC) anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Details of any requests or transactions you make through the Services. Leftover Merg partners with companies (such as Stripe, and PayPal) for payment processing.
  • Information about your activity on and interaction with Leftover Merg (e.g., IP address, device or browser type, and actions on the Site).
  • Information about how people visit and interact with our Site, collected in the form of traffic analytics.
  • Communications you send to us (e.g., when you request support, send us questions, comments, or report a problem).
  • Information that you submit on or to Leftover Merg, such as comments, contributions to discussions, or messages to other users.

You may decline to provide us with your information, but doing so may limit your ability to register for an account or use our Services.

Depending on a campaign's settings, you may contribute to a campaign without providing personal information. In this case, you would only need to provide payment details to the enabled payment processor for that particular campaign.
